"Lazyeyes plays hazy, psych-tinged dreampop made up of swirling
guitar melodies and reverb-drenched vocals. The band has previously shared stages
with acts like Gringo Starr and Crocodiles, and their dynamic live set
is a mix of upbeat, dance-worthy jams and pulsating slower songs."
Lazyeyes is a Brooklyn shoegaze trio who are touring behind their latest release "New Year" and stop in Pittsburgh Saturday night (7/18) at Spirit in Lawrenceville with The Teen Age. I want to thank Jason Abrishami (Guitar/Vocals) for taking the time to participate in this edition of First/Last.

I once saw Bloc Party play and both the Guitar amps blew out during ‘Banquet’ and it was just Bass, Drums, and Vocals. It was a very confusing experience.

Any thoughts,
experiences about Pittsburgh?
I've personally never been to Pittsburgh, but I hear nothing but great things! Hopefully we will have enough time to embrace the scenic view from Mount Washington.

Thanks, Jason. I have lived here my entire life and that view from Mount Washington never does get old.
